Lucky Composing

Event guide and calculator: enter your cards and it tells you which boxes to compose for the most stamina or the fewest leftover cards.

During Lucky Composing, gathering on resource tiles and killing monsters drops cards in 5 colors. Three cards of different colors compose a Lucky Box, and there are 10 of them: one per possible combination. Each box gives one random reward from its list, and some lists include stamina.

How to get cards

  • Gathering on resource tiles: send gatherers whenever you are offline.
  • Killing monsters, and above all bosses and rallies, which guides rate as the best drop source.
  • With double drop: double-drop generals or rings double the cards that fall.

Strategy for stamina

  • Box IX (blue + orange + red) gives 100 stamina and Box III (green + blue + red) gives 50: build those first.
  • Do not spend blue, orange or red cards on other boxes until Box IX is covered.
  • Compose before the event ends: leftover cards are lost, boxes are not.
  • With the rest, make the boxes you need most (refining stones in VIII, materials in X).

Frequently asked questions

Which Lucky Box gives stamina in Evony?

Lucky Box IX (blue + orange + red) holds 100 stamina and Box III (green + blue + red) holds 50.

Does each Lucky Box give everything on its list?

No. Each box gives a single random reward from its list, so stamina is a chance, not a sure thing. That is why it pays to compose many boxes that include it.

Do Lucky Composing cards expire?

Yes: cards disappear when the event ends. Boxes you already composed stay in your inventory and can be opened later.

How do I use all my cards without leftovers?

Each box needs 3 different colors, so your most plentiful color is the limit. In the calculator, uncheck "Prioritize stamina" and it builds the plan with the fewest leftover cards.
