In the chilly spring of 231 AD, Zhuge Liang led the Shu army in a fierce battle against the Wei army. Although the enemy was stronger, they refused to fight. Zhuge Liang then tricked them by pretending to retreat, luring the Wei army into an ambush. After several hours of intense fighting, the Wei army was defeated and their pursuit force was annihilated.
This victory was just one of Zhuge Liang's many accomplishments, earning him the title "Crouching Dragon" and admiration as a brilliant military strategist and virtuous leader who dedicated his life to serving his country.
