Mason Weaver is an investigative photojournalist and self-described anti-war photographer who grew up taking photos with her camera. Weaver has an interest and respect for nature and through that she agrees to joins Monarch's classified expedition to the Skull Island as an experienced photographer. She will record this unprecedented, dangerous and fantastic adventure and the mysterious prehistoric creatures with her camera.
